New Caches

• Completly rewritten caching logic in Swift, Fiery Feeds will redownload everything after upgrade
• Caching articles, images, text and favicons now happen in the background after syncing, no longer part of syncing
• Can now also cache images that are only found in the extracted text, but not in the feed’s article text
• Article list summaries can now use the extracted text if also cached
• Images can continue to download in the background
• Simplified account caching settings

• New Articles Smart View that shows only articles added since the last sync
• Added a Smart Search property wether article was added since the last sync
