Focused 1.11 is brings maybe two of the last remaining tablestake features, and it’s really starting to feel like a proper app now.
Especially in the Mac app, selecting and editing multiple tasks at once was missing bad. And of course just seeing checklists or notes without fully opening the edit view.
Inline Editing
Tapping a task in any list now expands it to show notes, the checklist, and quick edit buttons to change the most import properties directly.

The … button still opens the edit view, as it was previously. While most things can be edited directly in the list, there are a few properties only in the edit view (and more features, like locations or timed alerts are still planned).
Multi Selection
It’s now possible to select multiple tasks and edit the using the new edit bar at the bottom, or edit them using context menu, or drag them all together to another list, section, tag or really anything in the app. (Almost everything accepts drops in Focused).

Additionally, on macOS, there are a bunch of new keyboard shortcuts to directly edit selected tasks. I’ll have to update the website and user guide soon.
