I made a new app! This one has been around in my projects folder for a while (the locations feature I shipped in Task Focus 2 last year actually started here, and I just reused it for Task Focus too) – and I finally managed to polish it up enough to release it to the world.
Stove is a simple checklist app, specifically for recurring checklists. You can create your checklist, set a location and/or schedule, and the app will remind you if you forget about these tasks.
For example, the eponymous stove: Create a checklist for your home and add the stove and other things you need to make sure you’ve done as tasks. Set the location to your home, set it to reset when you arrive, and to notify when you leave – while you’re there you can check off everything in the widget, but once you leave and there are tasks left on the list, the app will remind you.

Of course, it’s possible to not set any repeat triggers, and use it as a very simple todo list – but then Task Focus might be the better option for this.
Stove is available now, for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro. It’s free with an optional subscription for unlimited checklists.
